Recommended Purpose

Suggested Use
Add 175 mL (6 fl oz) of cold water to a shaker cup, then add 1 scoop of powder. Shake for 15-20 seconds. Enjoy after exercise; first thing in the morning; or anytime you need extra protein. Milk, juice, or your favourite beverage can also be used instead of water if desired.

    Perfect!

    I finally found the perfect protein!

    It's been a long journey to find a protein that isn't crazy sweet, doesn't taste like chemicals, isn't completely bland and watery or make you feel like a puffer fish.

    Solid product

    I'm quite happy with this protein. It mixes well, tastes fine, and is less than a dollar per serving (I got the 5lb size). I also use it in baking as a replacement for water or milk, and have found it works well as such.

    Best protein powder I've used!

    I've tried various protein powders including other natural ones, but this one is hands down, the best tasting yet! I use the vanilla in shakes, oatmeal, and protein pancakes and it mixes incredibly well. Highly recommend this product!

    Almost Perfect

    This is such a great value for a whey concentrate protein. I initially switched to PVL because their whole supp lineup is all natural. The amazing taste and quality product just blew me away and has been the icing on the cake.

    I cant see myself using any other brand again and recommending to everyone I know who works out.
