      Naka Nutri B-50 Complex is a premium formula containing a high-quality source of B vitamins. Higher in vitamin B12 than other products, Nutri B-50 Complex is a liquid-suspension formula that provides far greater absorption and bioavailability than capsules and tablets. Each B vitamin performs individual functions, but complement each other and work together to help provide the essential maintenance your body needs to function optimally. 

      Take 1 tablespoon (15 ml) per day. Take with food.

        I have used this product for many years and wouldn’t do without it. The price was excellent as well.

        not what i expected

        I was disappointed with this product. This is not the brand I usually buy but I wanted to try it because its a bit cheaper than my usual. It's too sweet for my taste. I had to drink lots of water after taking it. I read the ingredients after and saw that it has stevia. The other brand I use don't have any sugar. I don't know the effectivity since I can barely stomach it. Not buying it again.
