UTIs are infections of the urinary tract caused mainly by bacteria, and they're very common. They can affect any part of the urinary tract, from the kidneys to the urethra (the exit door, as it were). Most UTIs happen in the lower urinary tract and are not particularly serious, though they can be seriously irritating. The most common symptoms of UTIs include:

Probiotics are types of beneficial bacteria that can be consumed to help keep the natural balance among the bacteria found in our bodies, especially preventing the overgrowth of harmful bacteria. Lactobacillus rhamnosus is a well-known and studied probiotic species, a natural component of the intestinal, vaginal and oral microbiome, and has many proven benefits to both gut and urinary health.
 
Cranberries have been recognized as a home remedy for UTIs for a long time. They contain A-type proanthocyanidins, a naturally-occurring chemical that prevents bacteria from latching onto the lining of the urinary tract, preventing infection. We use only Grade A cranberries grown locally in British Columbia, and the whole fruit is used: skin, seeds, fibre and juice.

RECOMMENDED DOSE — (ORAL) ADULTS ONLY: 
Take 2 capsules per day with a glass of water. Take at least 2 to 3 hours before or after antibiotics.
 
DURATION OF USE:
