I am very happy with the product, it really relieves me of my joint pain, and discomfort. It builds up in the body, and has a half life that can vary a little depending on dosing, metabolism, etc. I do not suggest doing what I do, but this is what works for me is I take a heaping teaspoon, mixed into very hot water from a tap, so that I use about an inch of water within a cup. I know I have the right amount of water if it dissolves quickly. (You want minimal water to dissolve the msm, so that it can be quickly swallowed. Drink it down quickly. Afterwards have a few swallows of cold water to get rid of the taste. I find the water tastes very sweet. I usually repeat this the next day, and again after a couple of weeks. For me I get results quite quickly, and wish the same for you.

The DEEP sleep is the FIRST thing I have noticed. The day you start your sleep is super deep and I had TONS of dreams every single night since I have started it. And many dreams in one night.
