        Makes my skin less bad!

        I've had a terrible, flaky, red bumpy skin rash for years. Nothing really worked, but a month or two ago I saw on an online skin conditions forum someone's suggestion of MSM powder, so I thought I might as well try it. I notice that when I take it with AOR zinc copper balance, my skin is slightly less bad and less flaky. It's still nowhere near cured, but the badness is reduced a little. I sometimes forget to take it and my skin goes back to being extremely bad, that's when I realize the effect the MSM has. I immediately go back to taking it and once again my skin is less bad. Yay. Every bit counts and this gives me a baby step in the right direction. I'm happy that I stumbled upon this. I'll continue to take it and see how it goes.
