    Excellent sleep aid product from AOR.

    I first discovered Ortho Sleep many years ago when trying to ween myself off the anti-psychotic drug Seroquel given me for anxiety because it was not doing what I wanted and had too many side effects. When I did, I developed severe insomnia and had to get back on. I talked with a nutritionist at my local health food store and she recommended Ortho Sleep. Amazingly, I got to sleep the first night taking two capsules. I took it for a few months to ensure my sleep returned to normal and I was successful. I noticed no side effects such as day drowsiness and it was not habit forming. I continue to take it off and on for anxiety and my sleep continues to be excellent. One of the fine products from the AOR line of supplements.

    Works like a charm.

    Unless I’m really sleepy, I go ahead and take a cap of Ortho-Sleep when I head to bed. I am asleep within a half hour - usually less. I am 76 so have to get up for the bathroom but fall back to sleep right away and usually get about 8 hours. I am grateful.
