Also known as Indian Frankincense, Boswellia Serrata is a herb with a long history of use in Ayurveda, India’s ancient medicine system. Boswellia is highly effective for controlling inflammation, reducing pain, and supporting joint and immune health.

Boswellia functions in a similar way to non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAIDs) that are generally used in inflammatory conditions.
