    New product for me

    It’s easier to drink magnesium than swallow pills. A lot of magnesium capsules do not contain a days worth of magnesium, leaving you to take more than one daily. 1 scoop, (400 mg ) in warm water is my first drink of the morning. You could also add the powder to body lotion or creams.
