    Excellent supplement for overall health

    I started taking this while pregnant to deal with muscle spasms in my legs. It worked immediately and completely. I continued taking it to help with mild anxiety that I experience daily and it is also very effective at managing that. If I skip it for a few days I can feel the tightness in my chest return. I don't have issues sleeping, so I take it in the morning with my shake. Have now been taking this for over two years and will continue to do so.

    Good Stuff

    Magnesium is often missing in our regular diet. It also assists with the absorption of calcium etc. When skipped for a few days the painful calf cramps come back for sure. No fun in the middle of the night. My husband and I both work out in the gym and go for walks.

    It's also wise to experiment with your daily individual dosage.You don't need a lot and mix it in a bit of water. It tastes a bit chalky but it's all worth it.
