Dosage
Adults: Take 1 - 2 cups per day
Teens: Drink 1/2 cup per day
Kids 5-10: Drink 1/4 cup per day
Instructions
Dilute 1 tsp of powder in 1 cup of water. Stir before drinking. Do not strain.
