Flour made exclusively from buckwheat grown in Canada, (Québec, Ontario, and New-Brunswick). Country-style grey flour, finely studded with black dots. A traditional ingredient in crepes and the classic buckwheat pancake. One of the healthiest flours due to the presence of rutin, a flavonoid with antioxidant properties.

    Wonderful product!

    I was super excited to find this product, which met all of my criteria: gluten-free, allergen-free, and organic. The flour is made from buckwheat grown in Canada, which is nice, and the fine print states that their "facilities and equipment do not process or store any of the following allergens: sesame, nuts, peanuts, lactose, eggs, wheat, gluten, soy, corn." Good luck finding any other product that does that! I also love that it is packaged in a paper bag - such a bonus when you're trying to reduce plastic use. I use this for all my gluten-free baking, including pancakes and bread. Love it!
