Aside from its soothing and unique taste, it brings together ingredients traditionally used in Herbal Medicine to relieve chest complaints including the excess mucous in your nose and throat, coughs, and bronchial irritations.
Adults: To prepare a cup of tea, infuse 1 tea bag (1.9 g) in 150-250 mL of boiling water. Allow the herbs to steep for at least 10 minutes. Drink 1 cup of tea 2-3 times daily.
