    I was really hoping this would be the solution to my persistent belly fat, sleeplessness and stress levels. It took it exactly as recommended.

    I purchased the 210 capsule size knowing that it takes a bit of time for supplements to get into your system, however it wasn't too long before a rash appeared all over my torso and thighs.

    I stopped taking it and the symptoms vanished.

    I've found in the past customer support with Lorna Vanderhaeghe is very poor.

    This supplement was very expensive.

    Love this product

    I have been using this product for quite a number of years and I find I sleep better, I have more energy, reduces my stress and keeps my belly and weight down. During menopause and specifically if you have a certain amount of stress, your cortisol levels can go high and you can put on weight. This product balances your cortisol levels.
