    Save your money

    These were on discount so I gave them a try because Lorna Vanderhaege products are normally very effective. There's a 25 day supply in a bottle - take 3 at breakfast and 3 at dinner. These supplements are enormous, the size of a very big jelly bean. The first week I took the product I put on 3 pounds. By the end of the 25 day cycle I was 2 pounds heavier than when I started so I give this supplement the thumbs down. A little about my lifestyle, I'm very active. I'm a vegetarian. I don't drink alcohol, coffee, or soda. Though I did have a ginger ale one day when I wasn't feeling well. Breakfast is usually toast or yogurt. Lunch is a vegetable soup and dinner is a salad. Sometimes eggs or tofu. Sometimes beans and rice. This supplement curbed my appetite during the first week and I didn't feel hungry, but after that it didn't seem to make any difference. The product is supposed to help you lose weight not put it on. Save your money. Pass on this product.

    Great Product

    It has been useful for me as I lost about 20 pounds without difficulty..only change a few things in my meal.

    Je suis satisfaite de ce produit car j'ai perdu une vingtaine de libres avec un peu de changement dans mon alimentation.

    I take two capsules with each meal. I was pleasantly surprised how well it works. I also take ADRENA PLUS and between the two I have a lot more energy.

    CLA PLUS

    Have been taking 5 a day for 2 months, (1 at breakfast, 2 at lunch & 2 at supper) along with GlucoSmart.

    I've been trying to lose weight for 2 years & no diet has worked for me.

    I have been using this product for a couple of months now.

    I did not try dieting until I had been using it for at least a month, to give my body a chance to get used to it.

    Since I started taking this along with GlucoSmart, I have been been slowly losing about a pound a week along with eating a healthy diet. (Low carb diet)

    I am very happy with this product.
