I started taking this just under a year ago. It has been helping with sleeping problems as well as muscle issues with fibromyalgia. I have slept like a rock through the night! Before I had nocturnal panic attacks all night long and insomnia. It is very digestible and will continue to be the only magnesium I will take. I also take Adrenasmart mid day and it also helps with my stress and anxiety. It has helped my fibro flare ups as they are less frequent. I also take turmeric for my fibro as well. Like most supplements, it takes a bit of time for them to start really working, but so worth it!
