    Feel Better

    I like this brand because it has the added probiotics. It mixes well, is odourless and tasteless so it's like drinking a glass of water! I find this brand leaves you feeling less bulky and full like other brand names of fibre but it is effective. Stay healthy! It could be a bit cheaper but I think the packaging and marketing is aimed at - and desirable to - women so they can increase the price.

    Life Saver

    I have suffered from constipation for a few years now. It was getting so bad I felt like I was damaging my colon. I have irritable bladder and I am better on a high protein diet (which can cause constipation) due to hypoglycemia. No matter what I ate or did (tried everything natural and healthy and had to avoid protein powders and high protein diet) I would still get on/off constipation. It was really worrisome not only because of the pain, but I worried about colon cancer. Soon as I started taking Regular Girl I was able to have reg bowel movements. I do not have to worry about diarrhea or having to go when I am at work. I just feel like a normal person again. I feel so healthy. I also like the fact that it has probiotics to heal and replenish the bacteria in the body. The taste is bland and mixes well in a shaker bottle or smoothie. I have been taking it for about 3 months now. It started working within a week.

    Not sure about it

    This product is tasteless and really easy to consume.

    I was taking it daily and noticed that my body was adjusting to it and it wasn't getting easier. I looked up the side-effects of pre and pro-biotic supplements and it seems that bloating and gas are common (which I've been experiencing), and that it can take time to for the body to adjust.

    I've found that my body just hasn't adjusted fully and I still get an upset stomach when I use the product - it's been just over a month. I did reduce my supplement intake to smaller doses and fewer times a week. No success yet. :(

    Love this stuff

    A coworker of mine recommended this to help regulate me and with bloating. I took it the first evening I got it and again the next morning and I already felt less bloated the next day and had to go to the bathroom. It has no taste so it's easy to drink it down with water.
