        Great product for arthritis

        Cod Liver Oil in capsules are tiny volumes of oil. I discovered how much to use by reading the research done by the Cardiff University Study. I am still taking this as needed 16 years later - and it is still working. I take about 1-2 spoons of it at a time in the morning. It is very light, like water and does not upset me in any way. This does not work for everyone but it has been a god-send for me as driving horses is my thing and having painful hands is just not a good thing ! It is far more cost-effective than taking capsules and does not taste of fish only a very true orange taste due to the orange oil used.
