        NOW 5-HTP

        NOW 5-HTP has saved my life! I can now get a good sleep every night, and I take one in the morning to relax me for the day. Before taking it, my anxiety levels were through the roof. It really works wonders for me!

        Works Great, but be careful

        Make sure you take it on a full stomach. I don't recommend taking it without a medical practitioner prescribing it as it can cause serotonin shock (which, trust me, is not fun and can be dangerous). I took 1 tablet (bottle says take 2-3 / day) and first day found my mood was much better, second day gave me serotonin shock (temperature spike, nausea, and I felt horrible for the day, opposite of desired effect). I recommend getting the 50mg bottle instead and start with one / day and increase as necessary.

        Trois comprimés par jour et je n'ai plus de migraine. Mon humeur est plus stable et enjouée. Je sens un peu plus de contrôle sur l'apétit.
