        Betaine HCL

        I use them daily during every meal. I wasn't expecting overnight results. It makes a difference. for me. My digestion is improved.and it minimizes acids in my throat following a meal.

        Awesome!

        I'll be taking these for months to restore my natural HCL levels.

        I take about 4-5 with each meal and it DRASTICALLY reduces my bloating and belching!

        Works Well

        I take these with every protein meal because I have very low stomach acid. I got these so I could take pepsin, but because I have to take so many, I don't want too much pepsin, so I also take betaine hcl alone (without pepsin) and a digestive enzyme. They have greatly improved my digestion from just taking digestive enzymes alone. I have tried another brand of betaine hcl and pepsin and these seem comparable.
