      Microcrystalline Hydroxyapatite (MCHA) is a natural compound that makes up the crystalline matrix of bone and teeth, and is the substance that gives them their rigidity.  MCHA is a source of highly absorbable Calcium and Phosphorus, which are the major mineral components of bone.  NOW® Bone Strength is a comprehensive bone support product providing 4 g (4,000 mg) of MCHA.  It also contains Magnesium and other important minerals, as well as Vitamins C, D and K to aid in the synthesis and maintenance of bone tissue.

       As a dietary supplement, take four capsules of NOW Bone Strength daily, in 1 to 2 divided doses, preferably with food.

        by far the best way to rise up bone level, the best you can find by far

        1at breakfast, 1 at diner, 1 at supper. Some days I forget to take it and easy to see the difference I have pain in the bones without NOW Bones Strenght. I take about 8 or 10 different Now product to have a really good help. Almost all need something else to be really good. Like Bone Strengh need Vitamin D to be effective. My days are very long and difficult, I almost never stop. All Now product I try was perfect, I try Organika and nothing. Almost all brand are not effective. Webber's Natural is perfect also. I try easy 30 differents product and almost all brands. In the past I use about 17 differents products at the same time and cost big time money. So I use the best and most necessary. This version is the best available and most are not this effective version. Only sic 2 times in 4 years and an half taking all theses Now produts. Without I'm sick 3 times a year so I recover part of the money there. The best for qualty and healthy bones. I try many others all garbage like Kirkland.
