NOW Cayenne 500mg 40,000HU, 100 Capsules

I take Cayenne with Tumeric / Curcumin every morning at breakfast to control arthritis pain in my hands, shoulders and hips. It took a few days before it started to work and if I miss more than 2 days, I can feel the pain come back in my hands.
