    No more insomnia

    After several months of intense insomnia, this helped me finally get some sleep and break the cycle. I find it's very effective. I only take as needed because it feels like the effects build up in my system. Taking daily starts making me feel too groggy during the day. With a balanced approach, it's an excellent tool - happy I tried it.

    strange side effects

    About a week after starting to take the pills Iv'e experienced a few episodes of difficulty breathing and chest pain'

    I;m still taking the supplement but every few days interval and in the evening
