        Glucomannan Powder as a thickener

        This powder can be added to smoothies, while the blender is running. It adds no carbs and you cannot taste it. For smoothies you only need 1/2 tsp and it thickens it up right away, especially if you add ice or froz berrries. Can also be used to make puddings without extra carbs or calories if you use stevia. It can also be used in place of gelatin.
