        Works But Complicated

        This product worked well in helping me sleep with my PHN pain, and made my sleep quite restful. However, it took me quite some time to discover that it was the cause of heart problems I was experiencing. Once I stopped taking it, my arrhythmia stopped.

        Excellent

        After suffering from severe anxiety from stress related problems, this product was mentioned by my doctor in order to avoid stronger drugs. It helped me so much. Not only I started sleeping better, the panic attacks went away and I started feeling much better. Also, Vitamart delivers its products really fast. I was surprised! I highly recommend giving it a try!

        Sleep is better

        L-Tryptophan was only recently allowed to be marketed in Canada. For me, this a very welcome change of our regulations. I bought it as an addendum to other mood alleviation pills and found it to be very effective in that. To my surprise, I found that I get much better sleep with it. Usually, I wake up every night after two hours and have to wait for another two before sleep resumes. This supplement, one pill before sleep time, usually results in uninterrupted sleep. I wake up some times after two hours of sleep but I can get back t sleep in very little time after that. Also, when I wake up in the morning, I am quiet fresh unlike the long drawn groggy feeling that I used to have previously.
