Lecithin is a naturally occurring compound found in all cells in nature, plant and animal. It plays a major role in almost all biological processes - including nerve transmission, breathing and energy production. The word Lecithin is taken from the Greek Lekithos, which means "egg yolk".     Lecithin Granules

    NOW Non-GMO Lecithin Granules is an awesome product. I have it with my smoothie every morning and often before other meals as well. I don't know if the taste by itself would appeal to everyone, but I love it.
