        Posology on bottle dangerous

        I bought this because I had read that it had great benefits for stress reduction. After taking just one pill, I noticed right away a decrease in stress, felt energized, felt perfect. The posology on the bottle says : Takes 3 pills, 3 times daily, thats 9 pills... I thought it was a bit much and was wondering if maybe it was a mistake from the distributor... I decided to only try one to see. Man am I glad I didn't take more. Although the positive effects were almost immediate, I later paid a huge price, I took the pill at around 2 pm, and did not sleep ONE SINGLE MINUTE during the night. My heart was pounding fast and hard, my pressure was really high and I have naturally very low pressure. So if you're thinking of taking this product, be careful start slow!

        Unfortunately even though I really liked the effect it had immediately on my stress, I will not be taking any more liquorice root as my heart was pounding a little too fast and hard to my liking.
