Its naturally high smoke point (400- 450 F) allows for excellent cooking versatility and even helps to reduce the proportion of trans fatty acids. Macadamia Nut Oil also has a higher ratio of unsaturated fats to saturated fats (more than 4 to 1) than olive oil. NOW expeller presses unhybridized macadamias to produce an unrefined oil of the highest quality. With its delicious nutty flavour, Macadamia Nut Oil is a perfect complement to chicken, fish, vegetables, stir fries and salad dressings.

        High in Omega 3

        Great tasting oil. It has a very mild flavour and is highest in Omega 3's. You can use it for cooking as it has a high smoke point or use it in smoothies like I do, or salads etc. It is supposed to help with fat loss when eating a proper diet. I bought it for the heart health benefits that I have read about.
