The AREDS (Age-Related Eye Disease Study) Clinical Trial has shown that natural supplements can play a role in supporting eye health. One daily serving (4 pills) of Ocu Support™ has 13.32 mg of Lutein, a carotenoid found in dark green leafy vegetables. Lutein is a dominant pigment in the macular region of the eye. Also included are the antioxidant Vitamins A, C, and E, as well as supporting nutrients critical for neutralizing free radicals produced by sunlight. In addition, several phytonutrients including Bilberry, Eyebright, Grape Seed, and Green Tea have biologically active flavonoids that support healthy vision. This is one of the most complete eye formulas on the market.
Adult Dosage: Take 4 Now Ocu Support capsules daily with food, a few hours before or after taking other medication or natural health products. Dosage may be spread over several meals in the day. Consult a health care practitioner for use beyond 12 weeks.
