      (Rhodiola rosea) is indigenous to the Arctic and Alpine regions of Europe, Asia and America and has long been used as a tonic by many cultures, including the Ancient Greeks. Rhodiola is generally known as an “adaptogen”, a term which refers to any agent possessing the ability to increase the body's capacity to adapt to stressful conditions.* This standardized extract of min. 3% Total Rosavins and min. 1% Salidrosides is the highest potency of Rhodiola available.

        Works pretty good

        Used this just to give me an extra boost of energy before working out and to give me that extra pep to start my day as opposed to drinking coffee. It worked pretty well and it improved my mood quite a bit. Was really feeling great while I was taking it. I read online that you shouldn't take it more than 30 days consecutively so I stopped for a while but I would definitely buy this product again.

        Love NOW Rhodiola

        I love this stuff. Once I started taking rhodiola I noticed a huge improvement in my ability to deal with my anxiety in stressful situations at work. I am overall more calm. I have tried other brands but this one by far is the best value. I don't want to go without it!!
