        Menopause help

        I use true calm for menopause symptoms. It definitely helps with hot flashes and anxiety. Before true, I was not able to sleep at night. I now take two capsules half an hour before bedtime and I get a great nights sleep. it does not take away all the anxiety. During the day I still have times where I get a little bit anxious but it gives your mind enough rest so that you can sleep in the evening
