        helps get me back to sleep

        I've been taking this for the past while and am very pleased with this product. Falling asleep is never an issue, it's getting back to sleep that's the problem. This is so far working very well. The flavour is palatable. I was taking a capsule formula of a popular natural sleep aid which is presently hard to obtain online. Nocturna has similar ingredients and will be more cost effective. No side effects, not waking up groggy.
