    Slows down the system when things are moving too fast.

    I have issues with my digestive system and things move too quickly through. The charcoal helps slow things down and give a more "solid" result. I use it when things are a little "loose" and in about 3 hours things start spend more time inside my body than wanting to eject it out. This is a great product and is a must on my shelves.
