Fiberlicious is a deliciouse water soluble fiber supplement derived from chicory root. Chicory root fiber is also known as inulin, oligosaccharides, FOS and fructo-oligosaccharides.

Fiberlicious is 100% pure chicory root extract (oligosaccharides). Pure inulin! The branching glucose polymers give Fiberlicious a sweet taste the moment it hits your tongue.

This oligosaccharide supports the growth of friendly and healthy intestinal bacterial therefore promoting good colon health.  Inulin tumbles through the digestive system, landing in the colon where it is metabolized by bacteria. It is in essence a prebiotic, responsible for increasing colonic bifidobacterial populations and modulating intestinal microflora. 

1 tablespoon of Purica Fiberlicious 2 times per day taken directly off the spoon or mixed with 8 - 12 oz pure water or a beverage of your choice.

    I’m a fan of Purica products and I’ve been looking for ways for a flatter stomach and fibre comes up as an essential for the pursuit.

    Note that Benefibre’s main ingredient is wheat- dextrin, Metamucil’s is psyllium and Fiberlicios’ is Inulin.

    I take half a teaspoon mixed with a 1/2 a 1 cup of water before bed, the fibre dissolves easily and is mostly flavourless. Just to be sure I get all the product after I finish the cup of water I add more water and drink some more. It does work with clearing out the system (don’t worry not while sleeping and I don’t have to run to the washroom when I first get up in the morning). As for if it’s flattened my stomach, tough to say if it’s a direct result of taking Fibrelicious because I have also been working out.

    Great Fibre and Taste is Good

    I use it just before eating a meal and eat it right off the spoon, as suggested. Then I drink down a glass of water and then eat my meal. It is excellent fiber, and easy to take.
