        Excellent!

        I take this to prevent cold sores and it works very well. The nice thing is that because it's a loose powder not in capsule it also makes it very easy to add some to food for a cat that suffers from feline herpes. I find that it's a VERY good value over buying it in capsules. I just take a half tsp every morning and kitty gets 1/8 tsp. Has very little taste at all, rather bland. I just wash it down with water. Seems to be a higher quality than capsules I was using before because it seems to work better.
