Recommended Purpose

Provides 860 calories per 216 g serving which combined with your normal diet may help increase your weight.

Suggested Use

Add 625 mL (22 fl oz) of cold water to an extra large shaker cup, then add 4 scoops of powder (or if using a normal sized shaker cup, use 300 mL of water and 2 scoops, enjoy, and repeat, so you have 2 shakes). Shake vigorously for 20 seconds. Enjoy after exercise; first thing in the morning; or anytime you need extra protein. Milk, juice, or your favourite beverage can also be used instead of water if desired.
