        This Oil is Great, even for seniors!

        This is a great product. It's 99% tasteless and easy to swallow if you take it directly without putting it in your coffee. It has a synergistic effect if you take it WITH your coffee but I take a tablespoon on its own as I'm having my morning coffee. I am feeling progressively more energetic as the days pass. Nothing is a snap but this triglyceride product is excellent and so is the price and the service from vitamart.

        Clean taste and quality product

        I like this MCT oil and use it in my coffee everyday. And use it for salad dressings. No after taste and the perfect fat addition. Great value for the money.
