Used in traditional Ayurvedic medicine to help relieve coughs (Kasa) and as a laxative to help relieve occasional constipation (Sramsana).
Adults: Take 2-3 ml (60-90 drops) of St. Francis Gymnema (Leaf) 4 times daily in a little water on an empty stomach. Allow at least 6-12 hours for laxative effect to occur. Take a few hours before or after taking other medications or health products.
