Valerian is used as a sedative-hypnotic for insomnia and as an anxiolytic for restlessness and sleeping disorders associated with anxiety.
Adults: Take 2.4-4 ml (72-120 drops) of St. Francis Valerian 1-3 times daily in a little water on an empty stomach.
