Headlined by valerian, a herb characterized by its natural sedative properties, ValeriCalm® is a soothing formula consisting of six combined herbs, carefully chosen for their ability to relieve tension, anxiety, and insomnia. In particular, the antispasmodic and sedative actions of ValeriCalm help to ease and relax the nervous system and muscles.
ValeriCalm provides gentle relief for sleeplessness and day-time anxiety, with the added benefit of never inducing a “drugged-like” state.
Adults: Take 2 ml (60 drops) of St. Francis Valericalm 3 times daily in a little water on an empty stomach. When used as a sleep aid, the full 6 ml (180 drops) daily dose may be taken in a little water on an empty stomach at bedtime.
