      MIXING INSTRUCTIONS

      1. Whip together:  Honey (add more if you prefer sweeter) and butter or coconut oil.
      2. Add bag contents and mix together to a crumble.
      3. STEPAdd in water, and mix until dough pulls together enough to clean sides of bowl. Press into pan and refrigerate covered for 1-2 hours, before cutting into bars for serving. 
      Store excess bars in the freezer, and thaw in the refrigerator as needed.

      How to make Peanut Butter Banana Protein Bars? Here is an easy recipe:
      Step 1: Whip together 1 cup butter, 1/3 cup honey, 1/2 cup peanut butter and 1 banana. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
      Step 2: Stir in the entire THA Protein Bar Package! Add 1/3 cup of water. Mix until a dough forms.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
