Traditional Medicinals Everyday Detox Lemon, 20 Wrapped Tea Bags
Recommended use: Burdock is traditionally used in Herbal Medicine as an alterative to help remove accumulated waste products from the body; Stinging nettle is used in Herbal Medicine as a nutritive tonic.
Recommended dose: Adults: Drink 1 cup (2 tea bags) 2-3 times daily.
Directions of use: Adults and adolescents 15 and over: Pour 240 mL of freshly boiling water over 2 tea bags in a cup and steep, covered, for 10-15 minutes. Gently squeeze the tea bags to release any remaining extract.
Duration of use: For occasional use only. May be used for up to 2 weeks.

Do not use if you have liver or gall bladder disorders, or obstructions of the bile duct or intestinal tract, or in cases of active peptic ulcer. Do not use if pregnant or breastfeeding. In sensitive individuals, mild stomach upset may occur from use of stinging nettle. Discomfort due to gastric hyperacidity may occur after taking bitter herbs. This product should be used for periods of up to 2 weeks, followed by a break before resuming. Not recommended for use with children under 12 years of age.
