Trophic Borage Seed Oil Details

Borage seed oil contains a higher proportion of GLA than any other known natural source (up to two and a half times more than evening primrose oil). Gamma linolenic acid (GLA) and linoleic acid (LA) are essential polyunsaturated fatty acids.

Essential fatty acids are components of every cell in the body and help to determine the biological properties of those cells. A variety of factors may increase the need for essential fatty acids. These include saturated and trans fatty acids in the diet, cholesterol, stress, alcohol, aging, diabetes and PMS.

Adults, take one Trophic Borage Seed Oil softgel daily or as directed by a healthcare practitioner.

    GREAT for SKIN

    A GLA that is good for you to take daily, I was taking Evening Primrose Oil, but switched to this instead and have kept with it daily. I take it with my Omega's as recommended, LOVE IT.

    Good Product

    It seems to work, my skin doesn't feel as dry as it has in the past, especially in winter. My skin is quite even toned, perhaps this helps? I will purchase more, because I heard a lot of great studies on Borage oil.
