Trophic Manganese (Chelazome) Details

Manganese is a vital nutritional element, especially for the activation of enzymes. This essential micromineral is necessary throughout the body, from protein metabolism to brain function. High levels of manganese are found in the pancreas, pituitary glands and kidneys. In the body, Manganese promotes the proper utilization of glucose, helps to improve memory and to reduce nervous irritability, as well as normal pancreatic development and function. Manganese chelate provides better absorption (60% to 70%), bioavailability and tolerance than manganese salts.

    A great product

    I need to take extra zinc in the mornings, and so I've added manganese with my dinner to balance that out. These tablets are easy to take, they're fairly small...but I found they're actually chewable. So I usually chew them, even though they're not flavoured (I don't mind the taste, just a little tangy, which I actually like). Somehow I feel more balanced and calm after I take them. I think they're also helping to stabilize my blood sugar. I just started to feel more on an even keel after I started taking these.

    Trophic products are simple (not a lot of additives), good quality and good value. They just deliver what they say they will in an easy-to-take, affordable product. A really trustworthy brand, in my experience over the years. And this manganese products is just typical of Trophic's standards, quality and value.

    If you need extra manganese for any reason, I highly recommend this one.
