        Excellent alternative to NSAIDS

        As the subject line states, I've found this to be an excellent alternative to NSAIDS in reducing swelling and pain, whether it be pain from injury/inflammation or the occasional headache. I've had joint injections done in which I need to avoid NSAIDS as well and turmeric doesn't interfere with the body's natural inflammatory response to the same degree as NSAIDS so it's been fine to use. Take with a liberal amount of pepper (on your food) for best results.
