    I can move

    I take as suggested - 2 pills, 3 times a day. My osteoarthritis seemed to be doing well, not much pain, so I tried not taking Joint Q. After a week, I was in great pain again. I felt great relief within a week of taking them again.

    Good for skin too

    I purchased this product because I read that the combination of the ingredients are most effective for joints and connective tissue like building collagen (firm skin - less wrinkles). Also MSM is reportedly good for inflammation (and reducing acne). My joints have been feeling good as for my skin, I think it's too soon to tell if I look more youthful (I'm in my 30s) but since taking this supplement together with Garcinia cambogia I definitely have way less acne (and I'm thrilled).

    It's seems like an expensive product but again the combination of all of the necessary ingredients for maximum effectiveness makes this product a good value.
