How do I set up a subscription?
- Choose your favourite products
- Select “Subscribe & Save” on the product page, select your delivery frequency, and add it to your cart
- Enjoy better health made simple without the worry of running out of your favourites
Can I select my delivery frequency?
Yes. Choose every 1, 2, 3, 6 or 12 months.
Can I cancel, skip a delivery or pause my subscription?
Yes. Cancel, skip a delivery, or pause your subscription anytime.
Can I change the address on my subscription?
Yes you can change the address one time to an alternate address in case you are traveling or if you’d like to send it to a friend or family member.
Can I change or add additional items to an existing subscription?
Yes. This is done through your subscription portal page in your account area.
Can I merge multiple subscriptions together into a single shipment?
Yes. This is done through your subscription portal page in your account area.
Do I get Vitaclub loyalty points for my subscription items?
